Consistently good food and friendly service. 6 of us and each tried something different- all perfectly prepared. Would love to see some serving utensils provided w shared apps - like Brussel sprouts and calamari. Our server didn’t come back to check so we couldn’t ask - minor thing. Wines and dessert were nice as well

Gosh we love this place and dine here frequestly - even though, for health reasons, we can no longer indulge in the lovely Coopers Hawk wines. Food is consistently good, but what really stands out is the impressive service. We've never had dinner when the restaurant wasn't packed and busy. Yet the kitchen always times the courses to our table oerfectly, and the servers and busers manage to provide a first-class service experience, including quickly complying with our occasional special requests. Shout out to Liz, our server last night, who was perfect in every way. Thank you!

After I booked a table, I had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes before I could be seated. I believe this is completely unjust. When you reserve a table for a specific time, you should be seated by that time. The waitstaff were seating individuals who arrived after me before I got my table.

We came in for our wedding anniversary dinner on Thursday night. We both had a cup of soup and my husband ordered the Filet dinner and I the steak salad. He ordered his filet medium rare. The steak arrived raw with outside being brown. We sent it back and the manager came and brought it back and said to eat the mash potatoes and broccoli and he was going to get us a new plate of food and we will be comped the dinner. The second plate arrived and the steak was a little more cooked but still raw in the center. And we showed the manager again but by this time I was half way thru my salad and he was able to eat the steak even though he said it had no flavor. We will never come back to the wheeling location as we usually go to the Gurnee location and have had no problem with the food at that location. The waitress said the cook tested the meat but there wasn’t anyway possible because I cook and know how to use a meat thermometer and the center was still raw. Your cook should be fired!!

Our food was not hot. The Server was not warm, attentive or helpful. She offered to close the shade on the patio near our table to block the sun, but never did. I mentioned being disappointed with the taste of my Sangria Flight. She said she would ask management to have one of the drinks re-made and that never happened. Overall my service and experience at CH is mediocre at best!

We enjoed dining io their new patio. And as wine club members, we got our free “thank uou bottle” of our wine. Cooper’s Hawk always makes you feel special. Their food and wine are delicious, too.

Had the Asian Chicken salad. . I have had it before and enjoyed it. But this time it wasn’t good. No taste on the salad dressing that was literally swimming in the salad. The chicken was a bit too spicey. For what I paid, I was disappointed.
