Big fan of Coopers Hawk. I always love whatever I order there. Service for this experience was sub-par, and that is not normal. Usually, it's excellent.

After waiting 15 minutes for our table, a CH person approached us with two small glasses of red wine. My wife doesn't drink, and I accepted one of the glasses. Another 15 minutes passed and we were led to a table in a busy, noisy (energetic) dining room. After a few more minutes, a waiter appeared at our table and asked if we were ready to order. We weren't, and he disappeared for another 10 minutes or so. Finally, we placed our orders. We did not receive any of CH's famous pretzel bread. Our food arrived and we finally enjoyed a tasty, well-prepared meal. When I asked about bread, a CH person said she would bring some. She did not reappear at our table. After we finished our meal, another CH person asked how it was. We told her it was delicious and we never had any bread. She brought us a loaf in a paper bag to enjoy at home. Overall, the meal was a good value and the slow service was earnest and well-intentioned.

We enjoyed our lunch today at Cooper's Hawk in Wheeling. The wait staff were helpful. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant so much that we are already planning our next visit. Bravo!

Always friendly and great service. The menu is varied and there’s a lot to choose from, including gluten free options. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. Try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

As usual, the food and drinks were great! Unfortunately, our waitress was extremely inattentive. She was pleasant and courteous, but she continuously forgot to bring things I requested like condiments and napkins. When she checked on us, she never stopped. She’d continue to walk as asked asked if we were ok. Very bad experience. But again, the food was superb.

VERRRRY noisy, tables are too close together, server rushed us along, special occasion (anniversary) not even acknowledged, mediocre wine, obnoxiously big wine decanter taking up space on table ... nothing special.
