Every time I come to the Wheeling location the service is awful. I have spoken to the managers that are on duty each time and they apologize profusely, but nothing has changed in months. I come here At least twice a month with 3-4 ladies. It is very embarrassing. I also frequent Downers Grove, bloomingdale, arlington heights,Gurnee. And Kildeer and all of these provide service way above this location. I wish I didn’t have to come to this location because I always leave with a bad feeling of being taken advantage of. The only saving grace is the wine tasting bar. The servers there are very attentive. Thanks for listening.

One of my favorite places to go with friends. The food is consistently top quality. The servers are well trained, knowledgeable and pleasant. Altogether an enjoyable dining experience.

Service was great here! Food was great, and all the managers were engaged with tables as well. Probably the best experience at a coopers I’ve had in a long time if not ever.

After our wine tasting, we had reserved a table outside for dinner. The outdoor patio is a very cozy area with heaters if needed. Both my wife and I had ordered short ribs, which were delicious. We were a little hesitant to order the short ribs, last time we had them there they were a bit on a fatty side! The service was good, although the server never brought us bread, rolls, and butter, which they normally do upon arriving, we eventually asked her for bread, but was never brought to us. not a big deal but a little disappointing!

Good food and service but it is getting pricy. We would like to see more Life Balance items on the menu with calories listed. We like the chef’s choices but have a choice of vegan or meat.

I had just told my dining companions who’d never been to Coopers that the experience was “great & reliable” but the dinners were way below expectations. Risotto not creamy, beef overcooked. Medallions were not medium rare, closer to medium-well and tough. Just a disappointing birthday dinner. Hoping its a one-off.
