Our experience was not a good one. We tried to order the arancini for an app and the waitress said they were sold out so we ordered a salad. We had to ask for bread and it finally came but no salad. We waited at least 20 minutes before they brought our salad and then immediately brought our entrees. My husband’s Risotto was cold and my chicken piccata was terrible. The chicken tasted old as if it had sat in the sauce overnight. I couldn’t eat it. The manager took the salad off the bill and since we are wine club members he comped the wine. This was not at all what we are accustomed to in comparison to our other times we have eaten at Coopers Hawk. Not sure we will be going back. Such a disappointment.

We had several things go wrong during our visit, including slow kitchen times, dried out food, out of what we ordered, etc… but our waitress, Sam, and manager, Joe, really came through for us and showed us we were valued and appreciated for being there. They both were highly accommodating and gave excellent customer service. We will be back specifically because we know we are valued customers and though things went awry this time, this was the first time we have ever had anything go wrong, and we go here a lot. So knowing that this was a once off situation, and knowing how well they accommodated us for the mishaps, we just wanna give praise to our waitress and manager for tonight. Thank you Sam and Joe for making us feel important and giving us your best!

The service was poor for drinks, appetizers and for dinner. We had a long wait for everything. The food was good but I'm not sure I would go back considering the service.

My wife and I made a reservation for 8pm on Saturday the 15th. Service and speed of our food arriving on the table was outstanding. We had the Screen Actor’s Guild White and Sauvignon Blanc with the brown butter scallops and sea salt carmel crème brûlée for dessert. Our go-to for Valentine’s Day, birthday, anniversary, or just because date night celebrations!

Our waitress Cat was so nice! Even with it being valentine weekend we didn’t feel rushed and felt very taken care of!

The only issue that we had was the staff in the bar were setting “ reserved” signs on tables telling us and another couple that they were reserved. My husband went up to the front desk and spoke with a manager who quickly got us and the other couple seated. We have eaten at this location several times , and was told that the bar was first come first served. No reservations needed. Thanks to the lady manager who quickly responded and sat us.

This was our first time doing “Bubbles and Brunch.” The mimosas were great and breakfasts (including the donuts we ordered as a starter) were amazing!
