Our server John M was a teller. Professional, timely and friendly. It would be nice to have hostess let servers know that they have a Wine Member at their table vs the server asking “have we been here before”. The meatballs appy was perfect! The chicken on our Asian sesame chicken salad was not so good. Way over fried to a point where the chicken was non existent.

This is one of my wife and my favorite places to dine. We had all four of our adult kids with us, in for Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. The appetizer and our main course were delicious and came out perfect. The wine was very good and went well with our meal. The best part of our evening was our waitress, Tori. She was fun and helped our kids with their orders since some of them, this was their first time there. She checked in on us multiple times with great enthusiasm. I can tell she loves showing her hospitality and loves what she does. She gets Five Plus Stars!!! The whole family live our evening and can’t wait to go back over the Christmas holiday when they get back into town.

Four of us for a “day after Thanksgiving” meal. Table was ready right at reserved time. Restaurant was busy, noise up moderately. Wait staff was very good. Expansive menu, many good things to be found. We’ll be back!

Tori, our server, was outstanding but the food left something to be desired. The bruschetta was literally slathered with burrata. We ended up scraping off 90% of it which also meant we lost the flavor of the balsamic. The entrees were also a bit disappointing. The pork chop portion size and number of scallops included with the surf and turf were on the lean side. The only part of the meal that really delivered were the shrimp and cookie dessert. We gave things a pass due to it being a Holiday, but the experience in a word, was underwhelming.

We went to Cooper’s Hawk on Thanksgiving. Our reservation was at 5:30 for 2. We were seated at 6:15. Not a great start. Since we don’t especially like turkey, we passed on their turkey dinner special, and ordered off the menu. My husband ordered the calamari as an appetizer. It was coated in a batter and fried which is typical. But then it was covered in a sweet honey type syrup. It was room temp, very chewy and too sweet. For our entrees, he ordered Dana’s Parmesan-crusted chicken dish. I ordered the pretzel-crusted pork chop and the pistachio-crusted grouper, a Surf and Turf selection. His chicken (two pieces) were pounded to 1/4 inch thick and breaded, and were so dry. My pork chop (very small) was tender but the grouper was a mushy mess. It came with mashed potatoes and chopped oven roasted vegetables which were burnt. Both entrees were room temp. It was the worst meal we’ve had in years. We don’t ever plan on going back on a holiday or any other day of the year. There are too many restaurants in this city to choose from that are so much better.

Ordered the Thanksgiving meal and it was fantastic. Restaurant was very load and our service was just ok. This was our 2nd Thanksgiving at Coopers Hawk, and ee will be back next year.

Amazed at your organization .the wait staff was working very hard.My only minus was the cranberries.The Turkey would have been perfect if I had a piece of white meat.Soup was outstanding and the dessert excellent. Overall I would certainly come back.

Thanksgiving reservations at 1:15 and we were seated at exactly 1:15. Outstanding for as busy as it was. Every table full and customers waiting in the lobby. Our waitress Kay was excellent, cheerful, efficient and timely. We sat very close to the kitchen and near the wait station. It was extremely noisy with clatter of the dishes coming and going. We had the Thanksgiving dinner, the soup was excellent, the dinner was very good and the cheesecake was also excellent. Other than our unfortunate seating location we had a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. We will return next year.
