Terrible experience. Food was cold. My wife’s seafood risotto was disgusting looking and soupy. Sent back, second time she ordered a steak and it was raw. The waiter begged us not to stiff him on his tip. The manager came over, kept asking us what we wanted to do about it. I’m not going to beg him or suggested how he can make it right. So he didn’t do any thing. I just paid the bill and left . Will never come back. The staff is incompetent and the management is pitiful.

Delightful wine tasting, fantastic service, and delicious dinner. The tasting room is insanely loud on a Saturday night - but not enough to keep us from coming back!

We love Cooper’s Hawk! Food and wine are consistently good. It’s one of our favorite places to eat out at. Our service today was good, food came out quickly, but it wasn’t at the level it normally is. We sat in the bar and it appeared our server was split between the bar and dining room so we didn’t see them often and it took awhile to order another drink and get our check. Luckily we weren’t in a rush so it didn’t bother us too much. The wine tasting area is almost always busy and the bar area too so it was pretty loud where it was hard to hear each other talk. So if you are looking for a slightly quieter area plan to eat in the dining room. Overall still continue to recommend this place if you are looking for good food and/or wine!

We had an early, but excellent dinner at Coopers Hawk. My wife and I both had the surf and turf. Star of the show was the pistachio grouper. Our server Kimmy was attentive, thorough and super personable. She made the evening very nice. We will be back.

My Sister & I took our brother to lunch for his birthday We had the pleasure of meeting our wonderful server Sierra. She was hands down the best server we have all ever had.. Her genuine caring & sincerity really stood out throughout our joyful celebration. She anticipated all of our requests so we didn’t have to ask her for anything! She also brought out a wonderful birthday dessert for our brother without us having to ask for one. I highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk & sincerely hope to see Sierra on our next visit!!!

If you are going to set acceptable expectations and guidelines for a dress code, you should enforce them. People were in cutoff jeans from the knees down. Three times, a tray of dishes got dropped because of a mad rush. Once is one thing. Lighting lit up the filth on the tabletops and there was an odor from the carpet below our table that made it hard to eat the food. I am never harsh and didn’t want to write anything negative, however I am doing it in hopes that the owner(s) will take notice.

They need to fix the lights. They are too bright. I felt like I was dining in a cafeteria and almost left!! Food was good, a lot to choose from. The wine and drinks are a good selection. Service was great! Fix the super bright dining room lights!!

Brittney was an excellent server!! Food and wine were perfection as well. The new lighting in Tampa location is beautiful but is extremely bright. Would be nice to tone it down for better ambiance.
