Usually have excellent food at Coopers Hawk. We go there monthly. Have had vegetarian enchiladas and Southwest salad there before and loved it. Must have been a new chef today because food was not good. First came cold and had to be reheated. Was very “mushy” and looked more like a mixed goulash than individual enchiladas. Southwest salad was tasteless and was normally very good when had in the past. Will go back to Coopers Hawk but this visit was very disappointing.

This was the worse coopers hawk experience I have ever had in my entire life. I made a reservation for 4 over three weeks ago. When I arrived to the host stand to check in 5 minutes before my reservation, the hostess checked me in. Well 10 minutes passed and I went to let them know we were ready, my table had been given away by someone who claimed to be with me. Well, instead of asking me if that were the case , they didn't. So, I was highly upset at the fact that this even happened. I spoke with Chris the manager on duty, who was not very helpful at all. He told the server to not serve me anymore wine while I was in the middle of doing my tasting. I feel like this is inappropriate for him to tell a server not to serve me my wine when they were in the wrong. Plus, I overheard our tasting room attendant tell him I was done. Which was not the case. I would like to be compensated for this mishap, and I definitely will not be going back to this location ever again.

We were a large group of 14 and the waitress was very nice however she was not getting any support. It took nearly an hour from food order to food arrival and two of the orders arrived :15 minutes after the first 12. Empty appetizer plates and glasses were never picked up. My one previous experience here was excellent so this was disappointing.

Food is consistently good. This location is noisier than other CH Locations in the central FL area. Anna, our server, was professional and very friendly. We appreciate her not rushing us to turn over the table.

The tasting room is far too crowded and noisy. Although we have a membership, we never do tastings anymore because of this. Appreciate that we can redeem a tasting for a glass during dinner. I always enjoy the food, wine and service once I get past the tasting room.

The restaurant was dirty. When giving our name to check in was never greeted or talked to. Salad was wet and lettuce was brown. Not a great experience at all.

Good experience but the short rib was a smaller portion than the new location in Wesley chapel. Wesley chapel I received 3 pieces and in Tampa I received 2 pieces with 1 filled with fat.

They need more people working in the bar area. 15 mins late seating us with a reservation. Then no water or waiter until another 15 mins in. At that point we ordered a salad, wine and food all at once looking at all the other tables experiencing the same service. The food and wine were great as always. However the main course arrived without no salad to which we asked to have it removed at that point. At the end when we were ready to leave again another 15 mins to track down the waiter to request the bills & wine to go which just overall kept us out a lot longer than we would have liked. More staff would solve this issue on a Friday night.
