First time I had a server who was not friendly. Service was fair, but I expected more from a Coopers Hawk server because in the past the service has always been exceptional. I was going to order the surf and turf, but was informed they were out of drunkin shrimp. I ordered the parmesan crusted shrimp instead. Very disappointed! The plate has 5 shrimp on top of a plate of spaghetti. The price for this plate was 27.00. Our server was going to bag our leftover wine, but never came back to the table. I had to bring the bottle of wine to the wine bar to have it bagged. Very disappointed evening to say the least.

We were celebrating an associate's birthday and a new team member. We were seated within minutes of arrival. Although we're "teetotalers", the ambiance and food were just right for our quiet celebration. One of our party has food allergies, and the kitchen took great care to provide him a safe yet delectable meal.

The pretzel crusted pork chop was my favorite. I just went for my birthday and it wasn’t very good. He to say I was pretty disappointed.

Our waiter was exceptional. One of us misplaced a credit card and we looked all over for it. She was gonna go back to the store and see if it was there, but before we got to the car, the waiter came out to the parking lot looking for us with the missing credit card. It had fallen out of her pocket and was on the seat. His prompt action in returning the card was greatly appreciated.

Our server, Awedra, was wonderful! When one of our main courses came out cold, she made sure it was brought back to the kitchen and a new plate replaced the cold meal. The manager comped the meal and made sure we were satisfied with the new/hotter plate. class act at Cooper's Hawk!!!

The food at Cooper’s Hawk is always delicious. The wait staff is pleasant which contributes to a very nice dining experience.

The food was only so so. My pork chop was over cooked and the Scallops au Gratin was dry and mostly croutons and bread crumbs. Won’t be rushing back.

Another excellent experience at this Coopers Hawk. Seated quickly and nicely paced meal. Enjoyed the Mahi Mahi dish. Nice Spanish wine of the month. Server Stephanie did a great job.
