The service was good being greeted with a smile and making sure we got our orders and wine. The food quality was terrible. I got the chef recommended Calabrian Shrimp which states creamy tomato broth, which was nothing more than red colored soup as it was watery with absolutely no flavoring at all. Basically the dish came as shrimp and veggies in a bowl of colored water. My husband got the Asian Chicken Salad which wasn't the same at all like the last time he was served this dish. The chicken wasn't cooked the same and was sooooo salty that it was unedible so after eating one the rest was left on the plate. The dressing seemed really watered down like they put water in the bottle shook and pour. The chef recommended appetizer (BBQ brisket flatbread) was good as expected. They ran out of the chef recommended Peach Butter Cake which our server recommended it -and- then came back to say they ran out at 4p the same day. Just disappointed as this is the first time we've had a bad experience with food quality and considering the pricing its unacceptable. Don't know if we can just say its a bad night, or is the restaurant starting to go in a bad direction. We may come back but will be concerned if we have the same experience.

the restaurant is very very noisy - the service is very slow. i finally got my cocktail and drank most of it alone because my husband got his like 15 minutes later . we were going to order entrees but the one i wanted was not available and by the time we finally ordered we were ready to go so we opted for an appetizer and then left. the tuna sashimi app was good.

This was my second time there. I bring my wife for her birthday. I made an outdoor reservation for 8 PM. I got there on time, but we were told it'll be a while before we can get a table outside. We can get one inside in 5 mins, we decided we will take the one inside. They called us in about 20 minutes, and there were empty table outside. We asked the server and she took us outside. Everything came late to our table, we had to ask for bread. Food Finally came out at around 9:40 while we were there since 8:00. The service was terrible

One thing I could say is the food is not only delicious, it is consistent. I have celiac, (gluten free) and I never get sick when I have lunch or dinner at Cooper’s Hawk. Let’s not forget, they have great wine as well. Lisa Leonetti

Food was delicious! A special chef selection menu was provided however they were out of one of the entrees I ordered (chicken franchese). From a training perspective, it would have been helpful to set expectations when giving the menu. Our server seemed young. He was ok but not as attentive as I’d expect. Additionally there was no bread service at the table. Overall, a positive experience with good food.

We were celebrating a birthday and we had noted that on our reservation and when we checked in with the Hostess but our server never mentioned it so we were a little sad for our Birthday girl. Food was good, dessert was the best. Wine on point! I'd definitely like to take my spouse sometime.
