Delicious dinner, excellent service. I side was extremely noisy. We ate outside, which was moderately noisy.

Other than the parking situation, Cooper's Hawk is a very enjoyable experience. Food was very good, eating outside on a beautiful late summer evening is great and our server was attentive without being annoying.

Busy Saturday night dinner. Our drinks, appetizers, and main courses took a very long time to get served. I believe it took over 25 minutes from order for our appetizer to arrive. Close to 40 minutes for our main course. Two of our three main course dishes had incorrect sides and when the correct grilled vegetables sides arrived, they were both under-cooked. Between the quality of the food, the long wait times, and incorrect orders, we just wanted the bill as soon as possible so we could leave as soon as possible. Honestly, this experience with CH, combined with previous very subpar experiences, makes me never want to visit them again.

My husband and I both enjoyed our meals. He had the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the combination roasted vegetable flatbread and wedge salad. We sat outside with a view of the pond.

This was a last minute reservation before an event on a Friday night. The restaurant was loud and busy, to be expected on a Friday, but the service was the main issue. We each ordered a glass of wine and entree. The waitress brought out two glasses of wine and bread at the same time, but was trying to balance it all without a tray. When she tried to set the wine glasses on the table, one of the glasses shattered sending glass and wine all over my significant other. After a moment of stunned silence the waitress simply said “that’s embarrassing” and started to pick up shards of glass. She left with the broken glass, taking his appetizer plate and silverware. He and I used our napkins to clean up the wine, and he went to the bathroom to try and dry off. The waitress returned with 4 paper towels, then said she would return with a new glass of wine. She never wiped the table with any cleaner, so the table remained sticky. We finished our meals and I put my credit card on the table to signify we needed the check. The waitress stopped at the table - I asked for the check and informed her we were in a bit of a hurry to get to our event. She took my card off the table and ran it without ever showing me the check. We paid full price for the dinner and wine, without any mention of compensation for the broken glass and the fact that my significant other now had to attend our following event covered in wine. There was NO attempt to apologize, recognize the inconvenience, or correct the mistake. I don’t think the waitress told anyone what happened, and we were in too much of a hurry to make a big deal of it in a busy restaurant on a Friday night. We will never go back to this Coopers Hawk location.

Cooper’s Hawk does not disappoint! Lots of great choices and oh so delicious! We sat outside so the noise level was very low. It was Friday night, so there was a pretty large amount of people attending the wine tasting so I’m glad we sat outside. Great service, great wine, great food!
