Food and wine were good, however everything was extremely slow. Our check-in was missed and we weren’t say until we went back up to check. The service was very slow and it took a while to get acknowledged and then to get drinks.

Very good. We arrived early and was able to be seated early. We sat at the high top table with a view of the outside water feature. Food was very good and our waiter was very cordial and made sure we were happy and our needs met.

Unfortunately the July tasting offering didn’t have the Mango available, nor did they have the special meals and desserts.

I am a wine club member and was dining with other wine club members who were celebrating a birthday. It wasn't mentioned even though I added it to my reservation. I love the calamari and am happy it is back on the menu. My order of it this evening was not great. It was floppy and cold. I would have sent it back but we didn't see our server again until we asked for the check. In my last 3 visits, the meals have not been stellar and it feels as if customer service has gone way downhill. I hope that it is just a fluke of my last visits. I have been a wine club member for a long time and I love having my membership. I just wish my meals were a bit more consistently good.

Overall a not so great experience. We have been here a few times and love the consistent quality of food. We placed our entree order and about 15 minutes later the server came out and said they were out of short ribs so 2 in our party had to pick something else. Came back with a menu a bit later, left us for another 15 minutes to get the order. 15 minutes after that, 2 of our party got their order. We watched every table around us get their orders in full and every time we waved our server down to ask about it, she said steaks take a long time to cook. She never went into the kitchen to ask for a rush. I asked a manager by waving her down to check on the entrees, and she didn’t apologize and walked away to check. 10 minutes later they appeared without her ever following back up. Steaks were both overcooked. We weren’t checked on to even share that. Got our check, full cost nothing compensated for our experience. I asked for the entree costs to be waived and she said I’ll take it to my manager, it’ll take a bit. Wow. Comes back 10 minutes later with $25 off, not even covering 50% of the 2 entrees. A terrible service experience. Obviously busy and understaffed and just zero customer service. Sadly we won’t be back.

Second time being there on a weekend day and having forgotten about our previous experience, there is little to no acoustics present, so with just normal conversation it’s noisy, but add in some boisterous diners, it was off the chart.

The restaurant atmosphere was very good. The waiter and the food service was poor because the server did not come back to our table to tell us what’s going on with the food. Explain anything to us. He walked past our table went to another table 6 times and did not come to our table to refill anything, we had to ask for stuff stop him in the middle of the floor to get him to come serve our table disatisfied what’s the service for the first time coming there?

The noise level from groups were way over the top. There was a group that literally shouted several times in celebration. This I love happy people but repeated shouting should not be tolerated.
