We asked multiple tines for air to be turned up as it was very cold. The windows were even frosted. It appeared no one cared so we left and took our food home to enjoy

The waitstaff was excellent. She was fantastic. The hostess was OK but there was some issues. We had a 4:15 reservation for 3 and we arrived early approx 3:45. We were informed that we would be checked in but she could not seat us until 4:10, which was fine with us, So our party seat next to the hostess counter waiting for our turn. There was a couple that came in after us with the same 4:15 reservation and was seated way before us. We were not seated until 4:17. Yes. it was only 2 minutes past our reservation time. One member of my party did not want to be seated at a table in an aisle but asked if we could have a booth, there were many open. The hostess that was seating us acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience. The only saving grace that will make me come back was the waitress that we had she was friendly, social, attentive and made the dining experience wonderful. This is the only reason that I would recommend this coopers's hawk.

Nice time! Good wine. The new bread is much better . Jodi is a very good and nice server. food very good. All worked well with my dietary restrictions Had a great time. No one rushed us out

When we would ask for something - the server kept noting the kitchen may not have it because it was 9p. We had a reservation for 8:30p, and surprised eveyrthing we asked was 'well maybe... let me see if the kitchen didn't clean it up yet'.... a refill on our ice tea, the tortilla strips for the soup (wanted a few more), pretzel bread (wasn't offered initially). Just felt the kitchen was cleaning up too soon.

There was a very large choice of menu items for lunch. Booths offer a quieter experience than tables in the middle of the dining room.

We had a reservation for 745, didn’t get to sit down until 8:15ish because of a wine tasting. Once we sat down and asked for a gluten free menu she brought regular bread. Never got utensils or napkins. And at 8:59pm she asked if we wanted to put food in, “but the kitchen closes in one minute so” I said you know what never mind it’s fine. I had issues at Orland before, and spoke with Sara the manager. She apologized and wanted me to come back so I did. And this happened.

We had a wonderful time. We celebrated 3 birthdays and they were all recognized. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were ok.
