The service and server were absolutely phenomenal! I tried to short rib special and it was the best meal I've had there. As a wine club member I got some discounts and a free bottle, so that was a bonus. Despite being incredibly busy, this location does a great job with service

Cooper’s Hawk is one of our favorite restaurants we visit a ton . we celebrated my sister’s birthday yesterday and the wait for our table was unbelievable. One hour for an 8 o’clock reservation. Hostess kept telling us they’re cleaning our table for 20 minutes. They need to find a new excuse to come up with a table doesn’t take 20 minutes to clean. Then when they said us, there was a ton of open tables. Do better!! Food was great. Everything tasted delicious. Asian sesame chicken salad portion was smaller than what was ordered on previous occasions. waitress could have checked up on us more overall experience was just OK on this visit.

Service was excellent. Food was great. They added the nice touch with a free dessert for our 39th anniversary. While it was quite noisy, it is understandable as it was a Saturday night. Jim P

The server was very pleasant and has a beautiful smile! The appetizer was fresh and tasty but entree came lukewarm not hot as if it sat somewhere too long. The salmon/ pork chop were both overly salty and salmon was super small.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to Coopers Hawk in Oak Lawn, IL. We were seated promptly, and had a wonderful server, Alex. She took great care of us. Our meal was excellent, from the appetizers to dessert! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The only criticism is the price, which was higher than our usual weekend dinners, but this was a special occasion so we expected to pay more, and were well pleased.

Waited almost 15 minutes for our server to come to our table in the beginning. Our server was not very attentive. Did not refill our water. Did not bring us food we requested. Worse experience we have had there. Oddly we get better service at our local Culver's and we do not have to tip them. Food was delicious as always.
