May have been an off night, we have not had these problems before. Our server put in the order for the incorrect type of salmon (they have two options) and when they brought the incorrect item the runner wanted to argue that it was correct. It took an hour for the main course to arrive. Two of us ate our whole entrees before the other two entrees arrived for the rest of our party. The GM was nice about it once we spoke to her, rest of staff was not apologetic. They offered dessert, we were still waiting for it 25 minutes later when we spoke to the GM. She took care of entrees and dessert, so we appreciate that. I don't think I will go back to Cooper's Hawk, there are other choices and it was such a poor experience it has soured us on this location.

As usual the food and service were excellent. They did forget that lemon sauce on my wife's chicken but they resolved it and even when they falter they still demonstrate excellent service. We always love going and always leave happy.

Despite reservations we had to wait over 20 minutes. We were sat by a stairway where people were constantly walking past our table. I had to ask to have my water refilled and it was so loud you could not even talk at your table.

Service was excellent. Our waitress, Dayna, was extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient! It was a Friday night and there were 5 of us seated at a circular table in the middle. The noise level prevented us from having any conversations as a group. We will absolutely go again, but will probably request a table closer to a wall.

Jayne was wonderful during our wine tasting, even bringing kids cups over for the littles. Sebastian was as phenomenal as could be. His trainer Joe was kind and personable, but Sebastian was entirely capable and lovely.

I am here on a work trip and I found this place on Google. Everything was amazing. Me and my party had the Brussels sprouts and chicken potstickers. For dinner I had the wedge salad and the shrimp scampi and dessert was the caramel crème brûlée. 10/10 would recommend. I can’t remember my waiters name but he was amazing and even gave me some suggestions on local spots.

I have to say that this was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. We have been to Cooper’s Hawk two other times and it was very good. The food was good and we were happy with everything except that we kept being put at the same table at the top of the stairs, where there’s a lot of activity walking back-and-forth behind us. When I made this reservation for six, I specifically requested that we not be placed at the top of the stairs if at all possible and asked if they could put us in a different area. Well, what they did was put us all the way at the very back of the restaurant at the top of a second set of stairs right in front of the kitchen! We literally were looking into the kitchen maybe 6 feet away the entire time from our table with people walking back-and-forth behind us again, going up and down the stairs and back-and-forth from the kitchen. Really I feel like they purposely did this because I specifically requested not to be put at the top of the stairs. Maybe that’s not what happened but it sure seems like it. it ruined the experience, it ruined the meal. We had a 5:15 PM reservation and we didn’t get out of there till about 7:15. While the food was good and the service for the most part was good, It was ruined by what they did in putting us where they put us to the extent that I don’t think I wanna go back again. If you could pick the very worst table in the very worst location in a restaurant, it would be exactly where we were!
