I have been to Coopers Hawk multiple times and had great experiences.. However, this past Saturday when I arrived my reservations was pushed back 15 mins and they ran out of food. I arrived At 8:30 to participate in wine tasting at the bar. When I approached the bar a male bar tender didn’t even say hi. He just informed me somebody was standing there and I had to step back. Then another bar tender female Corey walked up to my friend and I and snatched a paper from the counter ripping it up. Then she proceeded to say what time was my reservations and when I informed her my reservations was at 9:15, she informed my friends and I wr couldn’t partipate in wine tasting because we didn’t have enough time. Worst experience of my life and it was a few my friends first time at Cooper’s hawk.

Don’t go on weekends it’s a zoo. Food is okay a little on the salty side. Even with reservation you still end up waiting 45mins to be seated. Place is loud and noisy I think because the place big. So if you want a date night this is not the place.

Cooper’s Hawk used to be bit more enjoyable. We are monthly wine club members, but considering canceling. The noise level is simply off the chart. Having a business lunch or dinner, family or friends and looking to have any kind of conversation? Forget it. Their pretzel bread use to be the best. Now the size of a bun, typically over baked. Just hard to get excited about bringing out of town quests there.

Our party had an amazing time. The food was extremely delicious. The service was pretty good. Lady was just a little bit slow, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The food is always delicious when we come. Parmesan medallions and Ahi tuna was fabulous! I love their wine in their fancy pourers! You definitely want to try this place!

We love Coopers Hawk. Our wine host was great about getting us through our wine tasting in time for dinner. Usually our table service is amazing. I would not say the same this time. He was nice, but only mildly knowledgable about wine and he kept forgetting to put our food orders in. I know he was busy, but he was not attentive and slow. We planned for 1.5 hours for dinner so we were certainly rushing to make it to our movie in time as we crept closer and closer to 2 hours. We also didn't get to finish our dessert, partially because we started getting full but really didn't have the luxury of time to allow our bodies to adjust with our pending movie tickets. Will we be back? of course. we love it there and most service is amazing. just not this time.

Mark, the manager at Cooper’s Hawk is amazing. He checked on us numerous times. He was always willing to help out with a membership questions as well as helping our server. He is professional, friendly, engaging, caring, kind- he’s a Keeper! Pam and Mark Healy

Our waiter Josh made our experience exceptional. He was attentive throughout our entire visit. He was very informative on wines and when he did not know something he pursued the answers quickly. Overall it made for a great evening.
