Our server Carolyn was 5 stars! She was amazing. It was our anniversary dinner with another couple. We were absolutely blown away by her service to us! We have been members of the Cooper's Hawk clientele for several years. There are several items on the menu that I love including the drunken shrimp, the lobster, shrimp and crab bisque and the chopped salad. The chicken piccata is one of my favorites. Always enjoyed the food and the service. This was our first time to try their new brunch menu. The donuts to share were very good however the texture reminded me more of a beignet. I ordered Eggs Any Way with a side of candied bacon. The eggs were done to my liking and the sausage was very flavorful. My main complaint is the candied bacon. This bacon was not completely cooked. I could not eat it. I have had candied bacon before, have even made it before and it is not necessary for it to be so undercooked. We will be returning to Cooper's Hawk as it is one of our favorite restaurants. I think we will pass on the brunch menu, however.

Server was lacking in time management skills. Entire process for 3 people to have brunch was 2 hours. Seated before reservation 11:30 AM and left at 1:30 PM. Needed to ask for additional water, tea and coffee. Took an hour for entrees to arrive. Kept stacking dirty plates at the end of table to make it easier for him, but ignored. Other wait staff remove excess paper wrappers and tea bag coverings, but he ignored them. Not comparable to other Cooper Hawk's wait staff in our experince. Glad to see the Brunch menu. Tried the brisket hash, but it was heavily salted. Will not order again. Salted caramel doughnuts were terrific. Had to ask for checks. Opportunity for improvement. Maybe this was a new server???
