Service- good. Food- salad was good, a bit too much dressing, but good. Flat bread was alright, not a ton of flavor. Needed some seasoning. Churrasco steak- order medium rare- Definitely rare- like blue! Fries and veggies were stale, like they say under a heat lamp waiting for the steak for ten minutes. CH was always a favorite. Tried this one in the hope it would be better than the one closer to our house. Nope. Disappointing.

Food was overcooked and service was average at best. Very disappointing. Was for my wife’s birthday and just lackluster all around.

Was disappointed as a little bug was found in our meal, half way through and nothing happened. Not any more food just a sorry. Paid for 100 percent of meal and ate only half.

Long wait to check in for reservation, hostess was not even present while 3 parties waited to be seated. Server in bar was slow and inattentive. Hostess was uninterested in helping change a channel to ESPN (finally a manager did attempt). Food was subpar, chicken was chewy and bacon was uncooked. Downers Grove location is much better.

Keeping in mind it was a holiday weekend, and god was it busy...it took over 20 min past ressie time to get a table for 7 available when we had 3 over 80 in age who had trouble standing/waiting that long, w no place to sit and wait. Once seated, the waitress came to take food order before drink order....we had been seated 30 secs and where still passing menus around. Get order in, and 30..40 min later food comes out minus my order...we can't get anyone's attn and no sign of our server...15 min after the rest of our table had food , my plate came out w a comment that the kitchen staff couldn't figure out what they'd missed.. Yea not the best service in area.. Pork Cops were phenomenal! Medallion Trio..meh..cooked to order med rare but flavorless,...none of the sandwiches ordered were finished either...tho I was told the fries were really good.

We dined outside and it was very nice. The food and service was very good and as members of the wine club we enjoyed the wine. All in all, a very pleasant experience

It seems like there is plenty of service people on the floor but it took almost 2 hours for a bottle of wine, appetizer and sandwich
