I had been to a Cooper's Hawk in FL and had a much better experience. The ambiance and services was much better. At the Ashburn location we were seated and not given any reviews or menus for specials for the evening. The waitress also didn't have any idea of the wines and reviews. We ordered two to taste and it took 15 minutes to get them. Our appetizers came out before the tasting. Then she ordered our meal when she came back with the tastings. She never took a wine order and never came back for another 20 minutes. At this point I was thinking the meal was going to come before we could even put in a order for a bottle of wine. We finally had to flag her down and the table next to us had to tell her that we needed help. Then we put in a order for a bottle of wine but rushed it because the food showed up right as she finally came back to our table. As we suspected the meal arrived and we still didn't have our wine. So much for pairing the wine with the food! I was shocked given that is what Cooper's Hawk prides itself on. 10 minutes into the meal and we still didn't have the bottle of wine. We had to flag her down again and at that point she had forgotten which bottle. Finally 5 minutes later the bottle came but we had to ask her to put it in a decanter. It was a red wine. At this point our food was almost gone and cold as we were all waiting on the wine. And the bottle we ordered was not very good, as I mentioned earlier we just rushed to order it to get something on the table. This was the worst experience ever. For $400 and the wine came after the meal. It took us two hours at this place and the last 20 minutes was spent finishing our bottle of wine that should have arrived first. I will never go back to this place. It's a shame cause the food is decent and I thought after visiting the location in FL the ones in VA would be similar but I was wrong.

Lex our server was delightful. She is very experienced at delivering a great meal and serving wine. She’s very attentive and always available for refills and checking on everything. The food we had was very good. Love the new specials. We will be back soon since we are wine club members.

Our server, Azalea, was very pleasant and friendly. She did a good job. However, I received a dish that I didn't order. I do not know who is to blame. But, Coopers Hawk did not charge me for the dish since they messed the order. I am very appreciative of that.

Everything was great, especially our server. I’ve ordered Keaton’s spaghetti and meatballs many times but tonight it wasn’t that great. The pasta was too soft and the sauce was spicy. Couldn’t eat but only a few bites and brought the rest home for my husband to eat.

Always a great experience at this Coopers Hawk location. Food quality and prep seems to be levels higher than some other locations.

We always find the food exceptional. General Manager Piera is very focused on making customers happy. Great place, great time.

Took 30 minutes to get our table after the reservation time. Took another 30 minutes to get the drinks. Every round took forever and it was clear the drinks had been sitting there - melted ice / watered down. Server was nice but didn’t pay much attention to us. Was my first bad experience there. Usually it’s way better.
