We had a reservation but still took 10 minutes (or more) to seat us. It appeared they must have had a large event and hadn't finished either setting or cleaning the area we were dining in, even though there were several people already dining. Our waitress seemed to disappear for lengthy periods of time not to be seen again. I asked that my filet be cooked to medium temperature and came out well done. The venue made it right by taking the charge for the meal off the bill since we had to leave for an event we were attending rather than cooking a new piece of meat for me. Disappointing considering Cooper's Hawk is generally top notch service and food.

Went here for my birthday. It was on the servers card. Never once acknowledged my birthday or even wished me a happy birthday. Service was slow and when our meal came our server spilled sauce all over my wife’s sweater and white jacket. Yes, he apologized and the manager comped her meal but still stained the clothes.

Always our go to place to have wine and a good meal and catch up with family. We have had many special events here and they have all been wonderful!

Coopers Hawk is our goto restaurant. Always good food and wine. Someone at our table broke a wine class. The servers were there within five seconds cleaned it up then the manager came to make sure everything was OK. The waiter gave that person who broke the glass, a glass of wine on the house. Great customer service. We were very impressed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Service was very slow. We were seated and it took 15 minutes before someone came to our table. Then another 10before we got water. The best thing was the food and company. Very loud place. This is why we always go to the Morton Grove location but we were meeting friends who live closer to Arlington Hgts.
