Le Columbia est le plus ancien restaurant de Floride, fondé dans l'historique quartier d'Ybor City à Tampa en 1905. Géré et exploité par la même famille depuis plus de 111 ans, il a acquis une solide réputation pour son charme d'antan ainsi que sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine et sa carte de vins primée.     What a beautiful and historic restaurant. The attention to service and energy of the busy staff and fun diners was exciting and the food options were all wonderful. We tried the Spanish abd Black Bean soups, Piladillo and Mahi entrees and key lime pie and churros for dessert. Will definitely come back!

    Never had a bad experience except Sunday for my daughters bday. Sat in a near empty side room with stage, no appeal at all, thought we were at a hotel convention room. My girls were upset we were not in main area, but we came for the great food. I did nothing as I am disabled and bathrooms were close by. P.S (no water in mens sink, told waiter, washed my hands with table napkin and water from my served water) The 1905 salad was great as usual. Tapas were great as always, pollo manchego is always spot on. The roast pork cubana was cold and tough, my substitute yellow rice was mush, lacked flavor and was different than my wife's and daughter's. As the room filled (I guess it is used for overflow, although we had reservations, I was going to send back my dinner but didn't want disruption in the room. I ate 1 piece and a bit of rice and Yuka. We will be back as this is maybe our 80-100th visit since we moved here in 1985. Regards Steve and Pat Germann

    It is hard to find any better food, service, or atmosphere than Columbia Restaurant. We had their famous 1905 salad, chicken and yellow rice, mango pork chop, and palomino steak. It was all good. The service provided by Amy was outstanding.

    This is a restaurant I’ve been going to since I was a little kid with my parents and grandparents. It is an institution. In Ybor but also in our family. Lately we’ve noticed the quality of the food has not been what it was. Not bad, but just not as good as it used to be. That said, the service is impeccable and the experience is always wonderful and I still plan to return for many more decades.
