Le Columbia est le plus ancien restaurant de Floride, fondé dans l'historique quartier d'Ybor City à Tampa en 1905. Géré et exploité par la même famille depuis plus de 111 ans, il a acquis une solide réputation pour son charme d'antan ainsi que sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine et sa carte de vins primée.     The food is absolutely delicious and the service with Mahmoud was excellent! I recommend the garlic shrimp tapas and the seafood pasta dish. I am sure you won’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We will definitely be adding this to our favorites!

    Amazing experience! Visited for a birthday dinner and the service was exceptional! The show was amazing, I would definitely recommend visiting. The restaurant was beautiful and I will be returning soon.

    Let me start out by saying that the restaurant was beautiful. The service was OK, our waiter wasn't great. For a person that has family in Spain and having been to Spain numerous times, the service wasn't up to Spanish expectations. The tapas were very good - we had the Empanadas, the Croquetas de Pollo, and Calamares Fritos - all very authentic and good. But, the main entre, Paella “a la Valenciana” was just awful. I have never had a worse Paella, I barely ate it. The waiter after seeing that I didn't eat hardly any, didn't ask if everything was OK or anything. Me being the host to 3 others that I had specifically invited to have an authentic Spanish meal, did not want to offend and complain, but I can't believe the Paella. It was so bad, the rice was not cooked and was salty and fishy, there was no saffron in this Paella, the meats were overcooked - it was just bad, and I have had plenty of Paellas in multiple parts of Spain. I can't believe I paid $39 for it. I was disappointed. Again, the place is beautiful, just have the tapas, don't pay for an entre, especially the paella (which should have been the star!)

    We love this restaurant! The beauty and elegance is amazing! The food is very good as well as the service. A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion!

    Great food and great history! Loved the options of wine. Lots of option on the menu. The noise level was a little much but it was a big restaurant with big parties

    This place is a must-visit if you are in Tampa/Ybor city. It’s the oldest restaurant in Florida, established in 1905. It’s also the largest Spanish/Cuban restaurant, taking up more than a block with over 13 different dining rooms. It’s also still family owned. The food is EXCELLENT! We ordered a few tapas dishes, the Champiñones Rellenos and empanadas. Then we had the Paella Marinera which was amazing!
