Le Columbia est le plus ancien restaurant de Floride, fondé dans l'historique quartier d'Ybor City à Tampa en 1905. Géré et exploité par la même famille depuis plus de 111 ans, il a acquis une solide réputation pour son charme d'antan ainsi que sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine et sa carte de vins primée. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais le restaurant n'autorise pas les chemises sans manches pour les hommes. Des travaux d'amélioration indispensables effectués sur 21st Street et 22nd Street à Ybor City ont ralenti la circulation à proximité du Columbia Restaurant.     We were disappointed with the portion of Grouper , my husband ordered the stuffed Grouper and you were out, so he ordered grilled grouper. It was NOT a $42 piece of fish. It was 1/2 the size expected. I had the 1905 salad and Ropa Vieja and as usual it did not disappoint. Glad the portion size had not shrunk for this dish, he finished it for me because he was still hungry! Not sure what happened with the Grouper normally every dish served at the Columbia in Ybor is outstanding and beyond expectations. Hoping next time we come will be on par!

    Truly a gem of a restaurant. Service is impeccable. The food is served with care and oh so delicious. Just love the Columbia, its history and its commitment to creating a unique dining experience.

    Went there for lunch yesterday and had the 1905 salads. The salads were amazing as always but seemed to be even better yesterday. Our server Amber was excellent as well. She provided excellent service and kept our drinks filled and our bread plates occupied. :-)

    The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. The front entrance staff is a little off putting unlike the serving staff. Waiters were very professional and dressed formally. They possess a vast knowledge of the ample history of the restaurant and their attention to detail made the dining experience amazing.

    Always a bonus - eating at the Columbia! We ventured there this time to celebrate my 75th birthday and everything was perfect! Awesome food, excellent waitress and the enchanting Columbia - forever a winner!

    Service was top notch. Ambience was awesome. 1905 Salad is worth its weight in gold. Paella was not that good. Could have been a bad night in the kitchen but I would probably not order that again. Overall the place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone that hasn’t been.

    Everything was great. The Arroz con Pollo was what I had and it was wonderful. Our server Kelsey was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire experience.
