Le Columbia est le plus ancien restaurant de Floride, fondé dans l'historique quartier d'Ybor City à Tampa en 1905. Géré et exploité par la même famille depuis plus de 111 ans, il a acquis une solide réputation pour son charme d'antan ainsi que sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine et sa carte de vins primée.     Server only checked on us a few times. Had to ask for water for it to be refilled. Food overall was really good, just wished for better service.

    It took 15 minutes to get seated even though I book a table two weeks before, but understandable since it was St Valentine’s Day. Out waiter was very polite, but it took almost an hour since to get our food and, when it finally arrived, it was pretty cold. It was my first time here and it didn’t stand out enough to be coming back.

    We had dinner reservations for 8:15 but weren’t seated until 8:40. It took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks. After placing an order for appetizers, we waited more than 30 minutes—just for a salad. The worst part? Our entrées never came. We sat there for almost 40 minutes while our server kept apologizing, saying the food would be out soon. By the time it was nearly 11 p.m., we decided to just take everything to go. Miraculously, the food was packed up almost immediately—which made it clear it had been sitting there for a while. Sure enough, when I checked the boxes, the food wasn’t even warm. To top it off, the server brought a small dessert as a consolation, but at that point, it didn’t matter—we never even got to eat dinner. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but if the restaurant didn’t have enough staff to handle reservations, they shouldn’t have overbooked. It was a horrible experience, a complete waste of money, and it ruined our date night. We won’t be coming back.

    The service and food were incredible, but we had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation time to get seated. Being Valentine’s Day, we were understanding, I would just suggest planning better for it next year.

    We don’t eat here as often as we should considering we’re natives and know how good the Colombia is. We will be back more often

    We had a fantastic dinner. It was Valentine’s Day, so the place was packed, but they kept everything tight to meet the demands. The food was excellent.
