Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant a acquis une réputation pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine primée. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez tester nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec notre délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Détendez-vous dans notre cour ou dans une salle à manger de style méditerranéen, agrémentée d'une centaine de carreaux peints à la main et de fontaines de style espagnol. Nous sommes un établissement partenaire du Columbia d'Ybor City à Tampa, fondé en 1905. Un menu enfant est disponible. L'établissement est ouvert 365 jours par an, y compris les jours fériés.

Our visit to Columbia Restaurant was a delightful experience, made even better by the exceptional service from our server, Jason. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout the meal. We began with the table-side sangria, which was both fun to watch and refreshing to drink. The famous 1905 Salad lived up to its reputation, with fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors. For appetizers, we had the Gambas al Ajillo, and the shrimp were perfectly cooked and full of garlicky goodness. My daughter ordered the steak with a side of white rice and black beans. The steak was tender, flavorful, and a great choice. We shared the bone-in ribeye, which, while incredibly tender and tasty, came out a bit more cooked than we requested. We had asked for medium, but it arrived closer to medium-well. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable. For dessert, we finished with the white chocolate bread pudding, which was a highlight of the evening. Rich, decadent, and perfectly sweet, it was the perfect end to our meal. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and Jason’s outstanding service made this a memorable dining experience. Despite the slight overcooking of the ribeye, we would happily return for another meal.

Columbia was lovely as always. I brought my family who were in town visiting. We all had the delicious and amazing 1905 salad. The portion was worth the price, it arrived quickly, it was fun to watch the fresh assembly at the table, and it tastes great. Service from Brooke was great, thank you for a great time!

Outstanding as always. The food is always consistently good. It remains one of our "go to" places in St Augustine.

We love lunch at Columbia with the 1905 salads and sangria! Service is always great and it is a real show for the table as they serve the add the last touches to the meal.

9/8/24. The food was good. The service wasn’t. Our waitress gave us the impression that she was in a hurry. Our waitress brought the entrees and salad at the same. She handed us the entrees first and then the 1905 salad immediately after. We sat our entrees to the side so we could eat the salad first. We asked for ice twice and another lady finally brought it. I spoke with the manager on duty about our service. He didn’t seem too concerned and offered to take our food back to the kitchen to stay warm so we could eat the salad. We declined and decided to make the best of the situation. We are locals and have been eating at Columbia since 1989. We have never experienced anything like this before.

First time here. We made a reservation for a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is really beautifully and tastefully decorated. Our server Gina was wonderful . She was very attentive, but not overly so and gave us good recommendations for things to try. We had cocktails, split 2 tapas, I also had soup, 2 entrees and split 2 desserts. The cuban bread is heavenly. All were outstanding, very flavorful and large portions. We had enough to take home another meal for each of us. Will definitely go back next time we are in St. Augustine so we can try more items on the menu. Overall excellent experience and reasonably priced!
