Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Détendez-vous à l'extérieur sur notre terrasse ou à l'intérieur dans les salles à manger de style méditerranéen, dotées de carrelage peint à la main et de trésors de famille. We are regulars at the Columbia Restaurant. This is the first time that we have gotten poor service. We had to ask 3 times for bread and our server kept insisting the kitchen was out when everyone else around us had bread. We couldn’t get drink refills either. Bad day in the server dept.

There 1905 salad is a must. The Ruben was also very good. Definitely will go back

Most had the half and half combo with Cuban and salad, always excellent along with the great sangrias

Amazing food every time we come! The 1905 salad is a must, bread is perfectly baked and the filet mignon was perfect!!! Great service. Michael was super attentive and friendly. Love the atmosphere too!

Service was fantastic! Parking is very scarce and must pay at most spots. Now for the most important, the food. Bread was bland and tasteless. Main dishes were served steak palomilla dry cover with raw onions. This is a no no in Latin Cusine, also never pour the beans on top of the rice! Always beans on the side! And never put raw onions on top as a garnish! The steak should of had sauted onions on them in a lite liquid. The cafe con Leche was also not made properly! Seems like they are cutting corners! This was my first time there but I won't be back. Still looking for real good Latin cuisine in the Sarasota county area!

Tyre was the best waiter that I have experienced! He was wonderful! We were celebrating our daughter and her fiancés engagement. He made them feel so special. He is so friendly and attentive. He made sure we had refills on drinks before we ever asked. Food was wonderful. Everything was perfect! Thanks for a great lunch!!

Sat inside along the rail to outside and had great breeze from indoor ac but felt like we were sitting outside where it was 93°F and very hot!

We had a delicious meal! We sat outside and the weather was great! Our server wasn’t super informative but she was ok!
