Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Excellent food and service. This restaurant is a well-oiled machine! So glad they made a full recovery after the hurricanes.

    This establishment is our favorite Columbia restaurant as you get the chance to enjoy not only amazing food and drinks but also get the chance to enjoy the surroundings and eat outside if you wish.

    As always the food was excellent but the best part of our experience was the outstanding service and care by Vlad our server. On our next visit we will definitely request him.

    Kyle was a great server! He was very attentive and made the best pitcher of white sangria!

    This was a special birthday dinner for an 85-year-old friend. We were seated inside. He was greeted with a birthday wish when he arrived with the rest of our party initially, our server was excellent at getting us drinks and taking our order she was working an out straight with several tables. I believe I counted four full tables one that had a party of eight she was not able to refill our water glasses, and when drink order repeats were done wrong drink order was served to one of our guest. The food itself is always excellent at Columbia Restaurant or disappointment was after the food was served. We did not see anything of our server after she took our order and got our drinks until it was time to bring us the bill. She took care of other tables around us, but did not come back over to our table. That was disappointing because that’s very unusual in this Columbia Restaurant we believe she was over assigned too many tables with too many people for the money that we paid the elderly people we brought and enjoyed it, but we were disappointed.

    I love the atmosphere, the service is awesome and I always order their famous 1905 Salad!! Try the house made sangria with Cava. Delicious!!
