Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Very busy, efficient staff, good location, took a while to get check and cash out. I’d go back on a quieter night if there is one. We were there at 4:30 on Saturday. Cocktails pricy.

    We’ve been going to the Columbia for 25 years. The food and the service have been consistently hood. We highly recommend it.

    Had the Cuban Sandwich with a cup of soup. They were excellent and the service was impeccable. Very enjoyable right on the circle.

    We had a great experience on a Friday for lunch. Our only complaint was how close our table was to the corner of the traffic circle and therefore there was a lot of vehicle and large truck noise, but didn’t ruin our time by any means. We did reserve for an outside table so-going forward would maybe ask for up under the over hang one row back from the curb. Food was good and service by Francisco was great.

    We started with 1905 salad and Cuban bread and butter, shared crab cakes tapas and ropa vieja entree. All exceptional and would order again. Server friendly, very attentive, and timed sequence of dishes perfectly. Beautiful outdoor atmosphere.
