Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Had a wonderful dining experience at Columbia! Staff was friendly and attentive, food was impeccable, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend!

    This was my first time dining at Columbia Restaurant. The restaurant had been recommended to me by friends and family but up until this point I wasn’t able to do so… I met friends from Tampa at the Columbia Restaurant in Sarasota…. It was a great dining experience… The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere… Our server was Teddy, and he took care of our table with all the courtesy and professionalism that anyone could ask for… The food was amazing and the portions were large and more than filling.. I felt that the menu was nicely diversified and the pricing was more than reasonable… It was an overall great dining experience and I would definitely recommend the Columbia to all…

    Great service and delicious food! We had the red snapper adelita. The sauce was outstanding! Flan for dessert was the best we've ever had.
