Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées, mais nous n'autorisons pas les chemises sans manches sur les hommes. Venez déguster nos recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Despite the noisiness, this is a super place for an authentic meal. Order the 1905 salad and Sangria- both prepared table side. Fresh baked Cuban bread delicious!

    We had a decent size party of 7. That did not hinder the efficiency and quailty of our service and food. 3 out of 7 were there for the first time and will all come back. All of our tapas and main courses were outstanding.

    Absolutely loved my experience at Columbia! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting. Our server, Korey, was simply amazing—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She made our dining experience truly special. If you visit, you must try the Cafe Madeline; it's a delightful treat that perfectly complements the meal. Overall, a fantastic place to enjoy delicious food and great service. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    We had the scallops and stuffed peppers tapas. They were wonderful. Had the 1905 salad. The bread is amazing. We go to La Segunda Bakery in Tampa where Columbia gets their bread from too. And it always packed. The bread is so good! And our server was awesome.
