Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées. Les chemises sans manches des hommes sont cependant refusées. Venez tester des recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo.     Absolutely the best 1950 salad we’ve had in the area. Our meals and wine were very good also.

    Always a great pick! Love these restaurants, great food and service every time and at every location. Only issue I had on this night was the Autumn festival made parking a challenge so we had to hustle for our reservation, otherwise perfect dinner out.

    The Columbia restaurant was and is always consistently great. We had the black bean soup and a 1905 salad (which is made at the table) and their homemade sangria which is also made at the table. Wonderful food!

    Our servers including Christian were fantastic. The food and Sangria (red and white) were great!

    The food was plentiful and such a great dinner. Our waiter, Christian, provided excellent service. We love going to the Colombia Restaurant even if it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive one way.

    I look forward to a glass of white sangria. The spanish bean soup is a tasty starter. Efrain was a very good server.

    Had reservations for 8pm, requested a booth. Lots of staff congregates at the front host stand and just hangs out talking with each other, no one paying attention to people waiting or being proactive to get tables ready for next party. After about 10-15 minutes we asked how much longer as we see free booths but were told they need someone to clean off the tables. So multiple customers waiting, but 6+ staff hanging around the host stand talking and laughing instead of doing anything to get the waiting parties seated just does not look very good I think. (Just my opinion) Service was quite slow, there would be very long periods of time between our server checking on us. Even when finished and needed the check waiting 20+ minutes for the server finally to stop by. We go often to Columbia and are starting to find that sometimes everything is excellent, and other nights they are just not on point at all.. I guess last night was one of those off nights. Also, we noticed something new, they are adding 20% gratuity automatically into the checks even on parties of 2. If you don’t look at your check closely it can go unnoticed and then when you get the credit card check they put an additional line for added tip.

    We Love all the Columbia Restaurants. Olga did a wonderful job. The only suggestion I would have is to have the white Wine by the bottle served at the correct temp. We ordered a bottle of Ramey Chardonnay and it was served at red wine cellar temp. Olga did a great job at trying to get it chilled for us. But that does take a while. It was not a big deal just a suggestion. We love your restaurant.
