Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées. Les chemises sans manches des hommes sont cependant refusées. Venez tester des recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Détendez-vous à l'extérieur au café ou dans la cour, dans le bar à tapas ou dans les salles à manger de style méditerranéen, dotées de carrelage peints à la main et de trésors de famille.     Every time we go here, we love it even more!!!! Definitely have a pitcher of their Sangria made tableside as well as their original 1905 Columbia salad!

    We always stop by Columbia when we are in town. Excellent food and service at a reasonable price. The 1905 salad is a must, and the red sangria is a favorite.

    Columbia is always one of my favorite spots to hit when we are in town. From the service to the food - it’s always top notch! The 1905 salad, bread, red sangria are my faves! Last night we had mahi mahi cayo hueso & it was chef’s kiss! My husband always gets filet mignon. Even our picky 6 year old cleared her plate! The guava turnover is a great dessert to finish your meal!

    Always a welcoming, pleasant, delicious experience… Jason led us through a number of table-side and traditional dishes. Martini’s and table-side salads were excellent as were the empanadas and stuffed piquillo peppers, and seafood pasta, pork and eggplant dishes. Love the atmosphere. Jason and serving team were great and helpful. Never a disappointment; always flavorful.

    We had asked for a particular booth, and when we arrived, it was available for us. The food is, as always, amazing! The bread and salad are both beyond delicious ways to start the meal off. Our entree was delicious, and we had made sure to save room for their better-than-any other bread pudding for dessert. To top it off, our waiter couldn’t have been any better. He was friendly, efficient and seemed to know our every need.

    We go here before Christmas every year, but this was a disappointment. First, the ladies at the host stand were much more interested in chatting with each other than looking up to see I was waiting to check in. Then when they did call us up they decided our table wasn't ready yet after all. Once we were seated our server Jayson eventually came over. We told him up front we wanted red sangria for the table as well as the 1905 salad for the table but we'd start with the sangria. It took quite awhile for him to come back and make the sangria, but I was willing to cut him some slack as he appeared busy and a bit flustered. A bit after the sangria he came back to take our orders. First he asked if we wanted appetizers. We reiterated that we didn't want anything other than the salad for the table and then he took our entree orders. Next thing we know the entrees appeared but we hadn't gotten the salads. Of course the runner left the food and went back and got the server. He admitted it was his mistake and took the food back to the kitchen. He did come back to make the salad, but they brought our entrees out again before we were done with the salads. It was obvious that they were the same entrees that had just been sitting in the kitchen waiting for us. The lobster cannelloni was dried out and the steak was barely warm. We've had a number of good experiences here, but this was not one of them.

    My favorite restaurant, we drive from beachside about once a month. Always for special occasions and when family visits. We have been at other locations. Each one is outstanding.
