Exploité et géré au sein de la même famille depuis plus de 110 ans, le Columbia Restaurant est plébiscité pour son charme d'antan et sa cuisine espagnole/cubaine reconnue. Les tenues décontractées sont acceptées. Les chemises sans manches des hommes sont cependant refusées. Venez tester des recettes familiales centenaires comme la paella à la Valenciana, le filet Mignon Columbia et des spécialités de fruits de mer frais. Goûtez à la salade d'origine du Columbia 1905 Salad®, préparée avec un délicieux assaisonnement frais, une recette centenaire à base d'ail, d'origan, de vinaigre de vin et d'huile d'olive extra vierge espagnole. Ne manquez pas de déguster un bon vin espagnol comme le Montecillo ou le Campillo. Détendez-vous à l'extérieur au café ou dans la cour, dans le bar à tapas ou dans les salles à manger de style méditerranéen, dotées de carrelage peints à la main et de trésors de famille. Have been to this location several times, but this time was by far the loudest. We had to raise our voices to hear ourselves at our own table. The food was good though.

First visit to this location and experienced mixed results. Service was excellent, being attentive without being obtrusive. Some food items, however, were underseasoned: not what I expect from Spanish/Cuban cuisine. One particular disappointment was the gazpacho, which was watery and not chilled properly along with not being the more common crisply seasoned version. Dessert, on the other hand, was great. Atmosphere was welcoming and unique, looking forward to trying outside seating on a future visit when temps are cooler.

Everthing on the menu is great! this will be our 18th visit to this location and we have nver been disappointed.

Outstanding quality of the seafood, all cooked to perfection! Tapas all with generous portions. Friendly staff that are very attentive to the dinner guests. Definitely on my short list to refer to others when traveling to Central Florida. I will certainly return!!

We literally stay one night in Cellebration each year just to come to this restaurant.

Always a treat to experience this wonderful restaurant! The 1905 salad with Cava Sangria 👍🏼 Manchego Chicken and Roast Pork for dinner. Great desserts and espresso drinks to complete the experience. Cesar took good care of us 🙌🏼

The setting, the ambience is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The service is top notch. And pretty good value for the delicious food. And it doesn’t hurt that the location is in Celebration, perfect for a little walk to help digest the food!
