At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

An open kitchen, eclectic and without limitations.
Because cooking is our passion.

Historically cooking evolved through the interaction and exchange of cultures. Through this premise and advances in technology our project, Cocina Abierta, was born, designed for the sharing and development for our passion.

We had the 5 course tasting which included the crudo, salad, gnocchi, lobster and steak. Our food was incredible and our service was amazing. The chef is from Argentina. And travels the world looking for incredible recipes to create. We got to enjoy so many incredible dishes. Every dish had an amazing presentation. The staff would share with you what the dish was, and a brief history behind it. We had the best dirty martini’s here.

A Perfect Christmas Meal at Cocina Abierta We had the pleasure of enjoying a five-course Christmas meal at Cocina Abierta, and it was truly a night to remember. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our waitress, Celeste, was absolutely outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and providing detailed explanations of each dish. She made the experience seamless for our family, who spoke a mix of Spanish and English, accommodating both languages effortlessly. As a family with a shellfish allergy, dining out can sometimes be a challenge, but the staff at Cocina Abierta handled it with care and professionalism. They were attentive to our needs, ensuring that every dish was safe without compromising flavor or presentation. The food itself was exceptional; each course was beautifully presented, and every bite showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients with masterful flavor combinations. It felt like a true celebration of Puerto Rican cuisine with a modern international twist. Overall, Cocina Abierta provided us with more than just a meal—it was an unforgettable holiday experience. If you’re in Puerto Rico and looking for a dining experience that blends incredible food, thoughtful service, and warm hospitality, we can’t recommend it enough. Amazing high end tasting menu. Best dessert I've had in a long time. The gazpacho was a little vinegar-y but the steak and the fish were incredible, and the best plantain I've ever had possibly. Very good.

We love this restaurant! We always bring friends here to experience this place and everyone always leaves saying everything was delicious. We’ve been here several times and everyone always leaves time we have a wonderful experience!
