We are an interactive culinary environment.

At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

An open kitchen, eclectic and without limitations.
Because cooking is our passion.

Historically cooking evolved through the interaction and exchange of cultures. Through this premise and advances in technology our project, Cocina Abierta, was born, designed for the sharing and development for our passion.

At the school we offer cooking classes for cooking aficionados. We reveal all of our secrets and we create the dishes shown on our website and blog.Cocina Abierta also offers a boutique deli with a selection of homemade gourmet products. You will find a selection of breads from around the world and variety of jams, artisanal cheeses and meats, chutneys, and pates. Sweets, chocolates, and baked goods are available.

Excellent service, great food and very nice atmosphere. Nice wine selection, hopenext time they have the assyrtiko wine too

Our second visit here, and it confirms that this is a very special restaurant which can compete with the very best on the mainland. The gazpacho was light with a frothy sea foam topping and the grouper was flaky with an amazing base of subtle spicing. A memorably delicious meal and experience.

Wow!! The flavors, the freshness, the service! Our meals were incredible! So many delicate and unique flavors! We did the 5-course set menu. Everything from start to finish was delicious! We can’t wait to come back!!!

One of the best experiences ever. The flavors are beautifully balanced and every bite is delicious. Wonderfully curated, I cannot wait to go back!

We loved it! the food was incredible!!. Every dish we tried was spectacular. Eric was our server and took the time to explain all the dishes. Great experience and can't recommend highly enough. it's a must-try!!

Had the 5 course tasting menu with the wine pairing. Was a treat. Food was amazing and each wine pairing was described very well. Overall service was professional and warm. Excellent place to have a celebratory dinner or to treat yourself while on vacation.
