At our restaurant we create and interpret the culinary ideas inspired from different cultures, products, and techniques. Our always evolving menu is a result of the interaction and interchange of different experiences.

An open kitchen, eclectic and without limitations.
Because cooking is our passion.

Historically cooking evolved through the interaction and exchange of cultures. Through this premise and advances in technology our project, Cocina Abierta, was born, designed for the sharing and development for our passion.

We reveal all of our secrets and we create the dishes shown on our website and blog.Cocina Abierta also offers a boutique deli with a selection of homemade gourmet products. You will find a selection of breads from around the world and variety of jams, artisanal cheeses and meats, chutneys, and pates. Sweets, chocolates, and baked goods are available.

As always, the food was excellent. Though, we booked our reservation in a hurry (in the car almost arriving there) without noticing the menu changed. My husband is quite conservative with his preferences. We cut our dinner short, but everything we ordered was impressive.

Food and the experience was incredible. Really like the idea of build your own tasting menu with 3 different options was a really nice touch. I would do this every time I came to San Juan.

Absolutely remarkable!!! The food, the staff, THE FOOOOD!!!! I ordered the tasting menu with the wine pairing and it simply did not disappoint! Not to mention how quickly the food was served! Can’t wait to come back!!
