Clydz is a lively New Brunswick destination with a subterranean atmosphere, reminiscent of a 1920's speakeasy. At Clydz, the fare is anything but ordinary. The menu is comprised of small plates and entrees, ranging from a selection of steaks, scallops, duck, house made pastas and desserts.

The cuisine is not the only element that sets Clydz apart from the rest. The trendy bar, enhanced by fish tanks and fireplaces, offers adventurous martini and cocktail selections.

When making a reservation please keep in mind, tables will only be held 15 minutes past the reservation time.

***Please be advised-If you are dining with us pre-theater, please allow two hours minimum for your stay!

Awesome food and staff! Martinis are always awesome. Even my son's Shirley temple came with 4 cherries :)

The atmosphere is great especially the bar area. It feels like an underground speakeasy. The drink menu is filled with yummy and interesting drinks as is the food menu. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Nice date place

Amazing food & cocktails, super speedy service at a very reasonable price! Highly reccomend - better than most high end spots in NYC!

Dining experience took longer than expected. Duck confit was not cooked well. Other than that, the rest of the food was good and presentation was nice. Atmosphere was unique and service staff were attentive.

Awesome cocktails and specials available! Service was great and the food was delicious. The blueberry turnover was the best dessert I’ve eaten in a while.

We had a great experience at Clydz. It was Sat night; we had a reservation (recommended). It was busy but we took a booth, ideal for conversation. Our server was excellent making solid and welcome recommendations on cocktails, entrees, and dessert. It was Restaurant Week, which gave us access to a good-value, three-course prix fixed menu for two. I've been to Clydz several times. This was my best visit yet.

Cocktails were served promptly and tasted fantastic. Appys were delicious especially the alligator and oysters. Hanger steak and grilled cheese were stars. Waitress was outstanding.

Filet Mignon while cooked to order (medium rare) was very dry. Ordered entire off the “daily” special menu, to only find out it was “ yesterday’s special menu”. No current special menu was offered. Service was very slow. Drinks were okay, Manhattan glass never chilled.

Great service, really delicious well prepared food. It was a little chilly in the dining room, but it was awesome memorial day weekend so there were not that many patrons. Usually this restaurant is jumping. When it’s packed, the ambient temperature is probably higher and the chill would’ve been welcome. Hardly a big deal, and evening was otherwise well served and delicious. Definitely a place we go back to.
