Our family goes to Clyde's Willow Creek for a Thanksgiving meal to enjoy a special dinner out for the holiday... only this time, it was a disaster. Service was essentially non-existent... and many tables in our section had several similar complaints (from little to no attention, to billing mistakes, etc.) The only saving grace was when another member (Landon) took charge to help remedy the situation. Examples... our table (and others) were sitting in excess of 20-25 minutes without water... much less being able to order. After that, another 15 minutes, Landon redid our order, and it started to move a bit quicker... while the other server (Justin) just didn't seem to interested in serving... avoiding eye contact with several tables all trying to get his attention! The lack of service just ruined the meal.

We have gone to Clydes over the years. And have always loved it. On Thanksgiving, we had the WORST service ever. We waited for 40 minutes to get our drinks. We received them only after the waiter Justin finally stopped by and asked if we were OK. No. Then we didn't get our food until I spoke with a manager after waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Even then it took additional time. The people behind us got their food first. I think they got our order because we had been there for 40 minutes or so when they got there. I ordered dark meat but received white. Then after asking for our waiter yet again, another manager brought out 3 different pies which we never ordered. Then when we got the check, we had been billed for the pies. It was a fixed-price menu for the Turkey dinner. All in all, we were there for almost 3 hours. It was the most frustrating experience we have had. The waiter said he was having a problem with a computer key. He was at the computer quite a bit. We were not the only people who spoke to the manager who I have to say was extremely pleasant. He actually picked up the slack with the orders. What ever the problem was, he should have explained the issue instead of ignoring his customers. We thought they might have been short-staffed, but the other staff members seemed to be doing OK. We are patient people and understand how difficult it can be to work in the service industry. Have never experienced this at Clydes or any other restaurant for that matter. I think we will try another venue next year.

They handled my food allergies well. I had steak and it was great. I think everyone enjoyed their food, but they brought the wrong appetizer for two people in our party. The service was really slow.

My wife and I were given a gift card for Clyde's and otherwise had never even heard of it before. Living in Winchester we don't get down towards the city too often, but I believe that may be about to change. We had a 6 o'clock dinner reservation and walked in at 5:55pm and were sat immediately. The host staff was pleasant and kind. Our waitress was also very pleasant and guided us through the menu telling us some of the popular items including some of her own favorites. Our appetizer was amazing, our main course was amazing, and we didn't leave any room for desert but what we saw around us looked equally amazing. 10/10 we will be back to try more items from the menu and soak up that ambiance of the dining experience again.

We were celebrating my son's birthday. When we were seated our waitress asked whose birthday it was, she wished him a happy birthday and informed him that he was welcome to select a dessert on the house at the end of the meal. Our waitress was friendly, professional and very informative. Our experience was wonderful!!

Interesting building that offers a country/homey vibe but there are also large tv screens & a high noise level. Great drinks & wine selection. Food was mediocre. Salmon entree was overcooked and dry and the lemon sauce lacked lemon flavor. Steaks were ok but not sure they were worth the price
