The food and venue were exemplary. The staffing could have been better. I had made a reservation in advance, I arrived promptly on time. The lady at the front reception left me waiting for 5 minutes while she first dealt with a walk-in, and then ignored me as a larger group walked in behind me without a reservation (I had to interrupt them and point out I had been waiting patiently for my table). She looked non-plused, and then stood at the front for another couple of minutes playing with the menus before finally taking me to my table. Once seated, our server was overly enthusiastic, and he made some crude comments to my guests who were British about being British. It was really inappropriate and frankly uncomfortable. He also cam back 7-8 times and kept interrupting us. If you need a friend, please find one on your own time and stop interrupting your patrons. I've dined at Cluny many times with friends and clients. The food is good and it's a nice venue. The staffing should be more reflective of a higher caliber restaurant. I'm sharing this as a teachable moment - if and when I go back, if this happens again it will be my last time bringing people here.

I am never disappointed. I often bring out of town guests for lunch and they always love it. Excellent service and they have managed to keep the quality at a high level which is hard to do - Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately I hardly can rate my recent experience with cluny resturant. I had guest visiting us from state and I thought it would be best experience for them . One of the quests food didn’t come and they said was a problem with chicken!!! and the vegetarian order was tasteless . Even they didn’t charge us for good but I would never go there again to embarrass myself in front of my guests. I hope the manager of restuarant can hire proper chef before losing all of his clients .

Service was excellent! The food was absolutely delicious and nailed every one of our cravings and pallets. still one of my favourite places to dine.

Cluny was fantastic. They went the extra Ike and gave us a complimentary dessert for pur anniversary. Our server was wonderful, the food was great. We will be back again.

We went for drinks and dessert. The crepes were perfection. Our server, Mike, was exceptionally lovely.

Don’t recommend. Food tasted great, as always, but the experience as a whole was poor, and it was NOT our server’s fault. Half of the main courses at our table were served about 20 minutes before the rest of them arrived with nothing but an “oops” from the manager. Our server was friendly and knowledgable but we rarely saw him because he seemed to be the only server working that night and he was run off his feet. We skipped a second round of drinks and dessert because we couldn’t find anyone to take our order. And the evening came to its naturally frustrating conclusion when it took us about 20 minutes to find someone to actually take payment for our meal.
