I had been to Citrine previously and returned to celebrate a birthday. We had a lovely dinner, the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I look forward to returning!

This place had fallen off my radar over the years in Oak Park. What a miss for me I will be back again and again outstanding! The whitefish was fab. The owner is warm and friendly as is his staff.

Was really hopeful for this place but it was not great. Lots of options on the menu but all of the hot food items we had arrived cold. Service was as expected, nothing extraordinary. For the price I didn’t feel it was worth the value.

This was our first time at Citrine, and the restaurant did not disappoint. Excellent, delicious and exquisitely presented food. Everything - from the the fresh tuna crudo to the grilled salmon and lamb pappardelle - was just wonderful. We enjoyed every bite, and we appreciated the attentiveness and knowledge of our server. Overall, a fabulous dining experience. We look forward to returning soon.

For this visit to Citrine, had invited a couple friends to join us there who had never dined at Citrine. They really liked it and said they would return. Matthew was our server (he has been our server many times) and he was super. We could not have asked for more. Management - Maya was there, overseeing the restaurant and it was good to see her. The food was excellent as were the desserts and drinks. Drinks: my friend said her cosmo was excellent and ordered another. Both of the gents had seconds on their drinks. Another nice thing about Citrine is its consistency. The food is always good. Always. Our experience with the service here has always been very good. I have nothing but nice things to say, but then again, that is why we return!

While the cuisine sounded promising, it didn't deliver. When we asked for the music to be toned down, it was. Service was attentive and pleasant. We were given tastes of unfamiliar Balkan wines to help decide on a bottle. A 50/50 experience.

Fantastic restaurant in the neighborhood! Exceptional food, cocktails, wine list and ambience. Service and care for the guests is something that is above best!

The hostess and server were both very attentive! We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and they made it very special by cleaning off a window table to seat us and treating us with a birthday dessert! Food was fresh and delicious!
