We had an excellent anniversary dinner here last night. The service was incredible, the atmosphere was romantic, and the food was delicious. We will be back!

This is the fourth time eating at Citizen Public House. Whenever we come into Scottsdale we make a reservation. There food is amazing and we have to get the Bacon Fat Heirloom Popcorn it is one of our favorites. The fair trade short ribs is one of my favorites. We also had the meatloaf which my husband loved and our friend had the seared sea scallops that she said were delicious. Our server was right on with her recommendations.

Food was good, service great in the beginning then after dinner was served, never saw him again u til dessert was offered.

This was my 4th or 5th time eating at Citizen’s. I was very impressed with the food this time around. They have always had great food but my dinner this night was exceptional. I had the ribeye with Szechwan green beans and grits. The steak was perfectly seasoned and the green beans had the perfect kick and the grits rounded everything out. The portion was very large and I took it home and had two more meals out of it. The AC was a little intense for me when I first sat down, the manager came over and adjusted it and moved us at our table so that the vent wasn’t blowing on me anymore. He even adjusted the light over head to make sure it wasn’t too bright. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. We were so happy overall with everything.

A tad overpriced for what you get. Apps came out quick, but it was weird that none of them were hot, or even super warm; it was all lukewarm. My meatloaf was pretty decent, but again, didn't arrive to my table hot. It was almost as if our food had been ready for awhile but sat. At the end, the server took forever to get us cashed out. She was chatting with the maitre d, then the bar tender, and we had to flag her down; it wasn't as if our table was far away, it was located near both the front and the bar. I probably wouldn't recommend as there are other much better places close by (both in food and service and price).

This was our first visit to citizen house, and we were so impressed! The service at this restaurant was impeccable, and the food exquisite! We were treated so nice and our server Tori was incredible. She was on point with everything from the recommendation for the wine and the food recommendations were exceptional as well. We had the meatloaf and the pan seared salmon, probably the best salmon I have ever tasted, and the chop salad was to die for. The German chocolate cake was also incredible. We also had a wonderful food runner named Eileen, she was so sweet and kind to us as well. We had an absolutely phenomenal dinner, and we will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely a hidden gem 💎 10 out of 10 💎

Amazing diner and drinks! We love the chopped salad. Have to order it every time! Their cocktails are delicious. Love CPH!
