Reservation and phone experience was a breeze. Brunch wasn’t busy! there were maybe 3 other tables, and what looked like some catering happening downstairs. Poor service: not everyone is familiar with your extensive menu or even Italian food! Rushed, pretentious, attitude from a couple staff members. Tip is mandatory for 6+ seats! Food was very tasty: Everyone was happy with their meal. Some plates seemed ready for a while tho! Portion size is smaller than average especially for the price!

Overall vibes were great. We did have to wait about 5 mins upon arrival as the greater was seeing to another booking. Food was outstanding, drink selection was superb. Staff were extremely attentive and knowledgeable, in particular Druven, Tarang and our server whose name has escaped me, she was a lovely European lady with long hair. We found the seats to be very low so seating could be more comfortable but overall I would highly recommend this venue and will return.

We are regulars at CIBO and have always loved the food and the dining experience everytime we have dined at this location. Last night however, we were not served and after patiently waiting for a reasonable amount of time for a busy night, we had to call for a server to serve us our welcome water! The noise level was ex emotionally high and we couldn’t even hear our guests across the table. Very unlike CIBO’s usual classy ambience with background music and noise level. However, once we got the attention of our server, we received the usual exceptional service we are used to at CIBO and the food was amazing as always. Asgi Esufali

Food came out before our cocktails. It just seemed so rushed. We found the pizza to be quite bland and unfortunately lacked flavour. The cocktails were mediocre at best. We ordered a focaccia which was rock hard and seemed old. No table bread. We were so looking forward to trying Cibo, but we were quite disappointed.

I’ve been to several Cibo locations (my second time here) and coming early on a Sunday it was pretty quiet. Guess I expected service to reflect that and yet I found myself thirsty a few times unable to flag our server plus she forgot about us after the appz as I had to get her to take the order for our mains. I had been raving about the arancini before getting there, yet they were lukewarm. My calzone was pretty salty and the sauce not flavourful. The lasagna & pizza were delicious so stick with pasta & pizza.

Wonderful date night with the wife and toddler. Service was exceptional. Greeted by a very friendly concierge, server was friendly and always there to check up. Bus boy didn’t great job clearing the table. Ambience was beautiful. The focaccia was fresh and delicious with olives. Wife enjoyed the Arugula, radicchio, endive salad. Absolutely loved the Gnocchi poccante; was definitely the highlight for us. My son enjoyed the linguini primavera. Drink selection was great.

Food was amazing. Favourites was the pizzas, calamari and the pasta with seafood. Everything we ordered was very delicious and full of flavour. Our waiter named was Daniele. He did a phenomenal job with helping us picking out on what to order. He recommended we shared our plates so everyone in our group can taste everything and that worked out very well. If you are going with a group; I would suggest you do the same as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is great. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. My friends are I will definitely be revisiting.

We went to dinner for my son’s birthday. Luckily, the food was good because the service was really poor. The server seemed very disorganized. She never asked regarding refills (wine, coke), we had to ask to order, when we were clearly finished, our plates sat in front of us for about 20 minutes., then she never took the dirty dishes away, she stacked them on our table and left! I had to ask for the bill. I did leave a 18% tip as I couldn’t get % changed on the machine and wanted to get out of there. The restaurant was hardly busy as it was Thanksgiving Sunday so she only had a few customers. We spoke to the manager when we were leaving. He was very apologetic and said she already had problems. Too bad, not a very relaxing, enjoyable dinner.
