Churrascaria Plataforma Brazilian Steakhouse est un restaurant de style Rodizio. Rodizio est une méthode de servir la viande qui a pris naissance dans le sud du Brésil au début des années 1800. Le concept consiste à servir une grande variété de différentes coupes de boeuf - surlonge, bifteck de hampe, bouts de côtes, poitrine, faux filet; porc - jambon, côtes de porc, saucisse, longe de porc, cochon de lait; poulet - cuisses de poulet, cœurs de poulet; dinde - enveloppé dans du bacon; agneau, poisson, etc. successivement, à chaque convive individuellement à leur table. Un repas commence généralement avec un voyage au bar gastronomique de salade, qui dispose d'une variété de légumes et de salades composées, en plus de quatre plats chauds. Il vous sera également servi une sélection de plats d'accompagnement à votre table. Le plat principal, le point culminant du repas, va commencer lorsque vous retournez votre carte du côté rouge sur le côté vert, pour signaler aux découpeurs de viande que vous êtes prêt à être servi.

The best Rodizio in the tri state area by far. Food is amazing and the staff is the best in the biz.

Good: The food was fabulous and the waiter was attentive. Bad: We had a 6:30 reservation booked months earlier, we arrived at 6:25 and didn't get seated at our table until 7:15pm. While the hostess apologized, the manager didn't show any remorse and got annoyed at me for bringing it up. The bill was not discounted and no effort was made to make it up to us. I seriously doubt we will be back, which is a shame because I've eaten here many times before.

On that evening, earlier reservations ran unexpectedly late, which caused delays in seating for later parties, including yours. While this explanation does not excuse the inconvenience you experienced, we hope it provides some context. We regret that this mishap disrupted your evening, especially for such an important dinner. Nice place to visit. The waiters were extremely disorganized. We had four different people that showed up at our table and none of them knew what was happening. No drink menu when we sat down. One guys asked "do you know how this works?", then we never saw him again. One guy took the drink order, never saw him again either. The maitre d had to get our desert and check. Never saw him again, and some other guy picked up our check and did the charge. Theres' better in NYC for the money.

The meat and salad bar area food are SO good! Dessert was also delicious. Sides are just ok. Unfortunately, they were a little over 30 minutes late giving us our reservation table. And it was often hard to flag down our waitress for questions/specific orders.

I love the place! Only issue happened that reservation was done a couple weeks prior to the party, it was confirmed but the and getting there, they couldn’t accommodate us for another half hour due to a party they were having until 5:00pm! The manager gave us drinks and took care of us, but it was the downsize of it! Besides that, service was great and food as well!!!
