La famille Christner vous attend pour déguster le steak et le homard de premier choix d'Orlando. Ouvert en 1993, Christner est une réelle entreprise familiale. Ils affirment avoir très peu de rotation du personnel, car les employés sont des membres de la famille. Leur clientèle se compose de locaux, de gens d'affaires, de vacanciers, de vedettes sportives ainsi que de nombreuses célébrités. Tout le monde s'accorde sur le fait que le menu est exceptionnel, les membres du personnel sont compétents et qu'il s'agit du steakhouse ayant remporté le plus de prix en Amérique !!! Les Christner maîtrisent fort bien l'art de recevoir grâce à un accueil convivial, chaleureux et personnalisé. Russ a dit de son restaurant qu'il n'était qu'un modeste petit steakhouse. Leurs invités sont leurs amis. Le pain : cuit tous les jours et servi très chaud à votre table. Déchirez-le. Partagez-le avec vos doigts, nul besoin de couteau. Le bœuf : de qualité supérieure, vieilli, nourri de maïs, provenant directement du Midwest, jamais congelé et coupé à la perfection. Le homard : queue de homard d'eau froide d'Australie. La cave à vin : 5500 bouteilles soigneusement sélectionnées.

We had a wonderful Valentines dinner and they offered a single rose to each woman as a small token. We did ask to be reseated, the whoe place has a wonderfull dimly lit ambience except this one room they tried to seat us. Super bright, white walls instead of the wood panels and a cheesy large screen TV playing a virtual fireplace. Once re seated we were very happy. The only other issue and the deductiion of a star waa the broccoli cheese side dish. For some reason our serving was all small bits of stalks and no flowerets. The rest of the meal, the steaks, cheeseboard, potatoes were all excellent. Still a great dinner out, has been awhile since I visited there.

Everything perfect! Food, wine, spirits. Lobster tail phenomenal, as usual. Luigi and all the wait staff outstanding.

Filet was excellent but side dishes not so good. Creamed corn very chewy! Broccoli au gratin was mainly stalks. Both disappointing! Salad was generous and good. Service was good. This restaurant does not respond to any complaints. Will not be returning here!

Amazing food and the service was stellar! Piano was playing in a room so that room was a little loud but everywhere else was very quiet!
