Let’s start - had 8:30 reservations at 8:22 received a call wondering where we are NOT a problem said we were walking in - escorted us to our table immediately. Waitress was there immediately to take our drink order. There was 8 of us. Drinks came quickly, placed appetizers and dinner order. Food came out hot and spaced apart so you didn’t feel like you were rushed. Cold shrimp - cooked perfectly Onion rings - wow Salad - nice a cold 4 different steaks - cooked torrenting and tasty Fried lobster - amazing Tuna - perfect and tasty Vegan meal - very tasty Kids meal - couldn’t of asked for anything better

The service is by far the best I've experienced in Florida so far. Upon checking in your greeted by name and also by your waiter, Daniel who was very experienced. Menu lots of options. It's expensive but quality worth it. Price fixe is a good option

There are 9 high-end steakhouses within 3 miles radius of each other in Boca Raton. I have been to all of them but Chops Lobster Bar is my favorite. We arrived late for our reservation. The hostesses greeted us with a big smile and showed us our table. Our server came to introduce himself and took our drink order. The bread plate arrived and it looked so beautiful with a variety of bread. My favorite is the raisin bread, so delicious. My date and I shared a chopped salad and an order of shrimp cocktails while looking over the menu. The chopped salad looks beautiful, It has just enough dressing so it tastes crisp and fresh. The menu here is extensive, there are alternatives if you are not in the mood for a steak dinner. I ordered scallops, my date had filet mignon well done. The scallops were super fresh and delicious. My date was very happy with his steak. It was surprisingly tender and juicy. We finished our dinner with coffee and warm bread pudding. Excellent dessert. Our dinner experience at Chops was fantastic. Everything was perfect, and the staff were terrific. I highly recommend Chops Lobster Bar.

Dinner was what should be expected from a restaurant like this. Food was very good, and service was very good. I know all about inflation but the prices have snuck up quite a bit. Don't go if you don't intend to spend a minimum of $100 per person before tip and taxes. I found one thing to be rather chinsy on their part. I received a $25 coupon from Buckhead, the corporate parent of the restaurant. After a $200 dinner I a gave the waiter the coupon. The manager came over and said it was not accepted on Saturdays and then walked away. Waiter was very apologetic. I dont know, are the rules that strict that you would deny someone the use of the coupon? Afterall the coupon was earned by being a loyal customer. I found it very petty.

Terrible service . We were offered bread twice and we asked one time and no bread ever arrived. The twin Australian lobster tails were not even 3 ounces each for $94 dish! Not fair. Service was not great at all. The managers should pay more attention to all the play that goes on in the kitchen. Not professional at all. Worst service we’ve experienced at Chops. Not sure if we will spend our money in this place given all the other amazing restaurants just minutes away.

All restaurants have an “off” night. I ordered the 2 pound lobster and the first one was undercooked. It was replaced by a 2nd; which was undercooked again and the stuffing was mushy . Both were taken off the bill, which was very nice, and they gave us a desert to take home. I hate to complain, but… yikes. The waiters were great, and management was so apologetic. Everyone else had a perfect meal, although I was told the creamed spinach was bland. I guess I was unlucky.. I was, of course, very disappointed , but it was what it was. I doubt I would go back, but no hard feelings.
