    We always like Choos but my wife and I feel that the Sizzle menu left a lot to be desired. A Fillet was $62 with absolutely no side dish at all So by the time I ordered a side I was at $75.00. Nor really a bargain would have been better officers g from regular menus

    What a great experience! We did not expect the attention to detail in ambience- it really was just lovely with the added elegance of wonderful piano music and white table cloths. We were fortunate to have Kim as our server as she brought the perfect balance of attentiveness without intrusion. We dined from the Sizzle Dining menu which often in restaurants is a compromise. There was no compromise whatsoever at Chops in the quality (or quantity) of the offerings. Amazing salad, excellent bread. The spectacular Wagyu shoulder cut steak is an item I have never encountered and it was absolutely delicious. Although it was not quite as tender as some cuts I found it to be amazing in both texture and flavor. The Faroe Island salmon ordered by my wife was one of her all time favorite salmon dishes. The two desserts, key lime pie and dearth by chocolate, served warm with passion fruit sorbet, were both stunning. Chops offers an exemplary lesson in how a restaurant should treat promotional dining menu experiences...an opportunity to acquire long term customers.

    We had a delightful dinner. The service was impeccable; food delicious and the manager is attentive. The piano music creates a romantic setting. We will be back...

    My husband and I were extremely happy with our dinner at Chops. The food was amazing! My steak was cooked perfectly and the clam chowder is the best I’ve had in a long time. Our servers name was Will and he was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu and wines. 10/10 experience and we will recommend Chops to our friends.

    Service was horrendous. Food not great. Manager was amazing. I think it would have been a different experience if our surly waiter, Will, had checked on our meals, bothered to pour our wine for us or pretended to care about our experience. Having worked in the service industry before, I find this unacceptable. Everyone gets in the weeds, but the attitude ruined the evening.

    We ordered the 2 wagyu steak one from USA one from Australia and split it. (After the 3 apps it was definitely enough food for the 2 of us.) The Australian one was thinner and more like a filet; the American one was a smaller piece more like a filet mignon. The Australian wagyu definitely had a stronger taste of meat. The American one was amazing. When we go back we would definitely pick the American over the Australian but they were both good -and prepared perfectly. The Truffle Fries with Parm Cheese was delicious! Every drink was perfectly made. They definitely have a bar tender worth every penny! Crazy drinks all 100% Highly recommend Chops! We will definitely go back. Definitely pricing but you get what you pay for. Thank you for a great night!

    Outstanding food. We ordered off the sizzle dining menu and expected the portions to be smaller. They were regular size and very delicious. Only negatives that I could give are…they were slow to clear empty glasses and plates and didn’t top off the bottled water glasses or wine glasses regularly. Manager was super nice and we’ll definitely be back.

    The ambiance was great, especially with the pianist playing throughout our stay. We came for the Sizzle menu, and it did not disappoint. The food was ample and delicious, and I've never had my water refilled so quickly and often. Erin, our server, was terrific. All four of us loved our meals. Will definitely be back.
