Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

    We had a lunch reservation. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We stuck to our favourites Chop burger and a Tofu Steak. The meal was excellent and our waiter was great! We will be back!

    Everything was great. Graham was our server and was amazing. The prime rib was flavourful and tender. The horseradish was mild. The only critique I have is that the baked potato did not have butter on it, and the sour cream alone was not enough. So it was fairly dry. It was nice to learn that they only buy beef from Canadian farmers.

    We have gone to Chop Steakhouse many times and have taken our family and friends and no one had any complaints. Their prime rib is outstanding. The servers are very friendly. I would recommend this restaurant for their steaks.

    As usual we celebrated another wedding anniversary at Chop. We were treated royally. The prime rib dinners were as expected—excellent. We will return again real soon.

    This was our first visit and although the evening started with a hiccup, it was a very pleasant experience. There was a half hour delay in getting our table, but Mike the manager took very good care of us. Our server, Chris, was pleasant and attentive. Our only slight disappointment being the steak was ordered as a medium, but arrived as a medium rare. But it was still delicious and I enjoyed it. All other food ordered was outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and meal at Chop!

    Service was very slow and food lacked finesse. Our dessert plate was taken away while we were still working on it, we were stunned, manager offered us a new dessert, but we said no. She offered us vouchers for mini dessert next time, but we're not going back to that place.
