Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

    Amazing experience. The manager and wait staff were absolutely wonderful. The food was spectacular as always. We were celebrating our anniversary with our friends who have the same anniversary as us. This was their first time at CHOP and they were blown away with the food and the experience. Thank you for making our evening amazing!

    My wife and I were pleasently surprised by how much Chop has improved since the last time we came. To be honest, we weren't that thrilled the last time which was just over a year ago, but we had a gift certificate burning a hole in our pocket which lead us to give it another shot. We were not disappointed. Everyting has improved, from the food, the drinks, the service and the attention to detail. I'm not sure if they are under new management, but whatever they are doing, keep it up. We will definately come backin the near future!

    Our food came lukewarm - our server was so nice but the hostess told us firmly we had an hour and half at the table and then OUT- it was the day after Valentine’s Day- we felt like little children being warned - and knew we were going to spend $200 +!! Not a good start We were seated behind a service desk where servers were constantly coming to check in - wiping their noses, looking frustrated and tired , and I looked at a disinfectant bottle with a dirty rag draped on top of it for my whole dinner - at another table a bottle of disinfectant sat for over 20 min I have had better ambiance and service at McDonald’s or Denny’s- the staff were dressed sloppy-

    Great server. She was awesome. Steak ordered Medium well. Came more of a medium rare. Ate half and couldn’t eat the rest as blood was on the plate and mashed potatoes and blood do not mix Didn’t say anything so as not to cause a fuss. Probably should have when paying that much money. Other than that it was great

    11pm dinner Valentine's date. Food went to wrong table which made the wait longer, taste is 6/10 for the value it's meh, dessert sold out no offered alternative stuck with 1 choice
