Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

    Still the best steak for the dollar in Winnipeg. Seafood menu items are consistently prepared every visit. Went with 4 people, drinks, appetizers and high quality entrees, still less than $300. Plus serving staff are professional and friendly.

    Excellent evening. I requested a table at far north or restaurant for privacy as our guests are celebrities in the music industry. Thank you for accommodating my request. Quinn, our server was top notch! We all enjoyed our meals and the ambiance.

    Great atmosphere and good food. Service is good but I wanted to specifically mention how I reserved for a table with a note of a birthday celebration. The host upon arrival asked us if we are celebrating anything and that’s when they just knew it and the server was rather unaware. I was expecting they would be offering any compliments for the celebrant but unfortunately not. I guess leaving a note in the reservation and telling them in person won’t have them go above and beyond for someone’s special day.

    There were 8 of us for dinner. The salads came and were shared. Our meals arrived and none of them were particularly hot. One of the meals, the steak was over cooked. Seeing as no one came back to ask us, I asked another wait staff to get our waiter. The manager (I'm assuming) came and took her steak back (leaving the lobster and potato). We were all finished eating by the time they came back with her steak and gave her an entire new meal. She ended up packing it all up as we were all done. It kinda ruined the evening. We were celebrating my other sister's birthday. Will not go back with such a large group as apparently they cannot handle it. They also charged for the meal that was incorrectly cooked and brought back late. Very poor service.

    Appealing environment, but I would stick with steak. We tried the chicken and halibut and they were OK. Service was top-notch, they made a couple mistakes but did not charge us for the meal and provided two free desserts. I would go back and give them another shot.

    quality of the food (steak ) is not as good as we expected compare to before covid the services of our waiter is excellent

    The dining experience at Chop was extremely satisfying! The food and drinks came out quicky and everything was cooked and plated nicely! Our server was very professional and smiled and explained everything as we figured out what we wanted to eat. Will be going back again in the future!
