Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

Our waitress was very patient vs the time I went here on a date night. Prime rib is a must, absolute better than The Keg. Steak oscar was delicious as well, very tasty, love the extra flakey salt added. My sister had the salmon from dine out and it was salty on one end but not on the other end.

Steaks were perfectly cooked. We were disappointed the prime rib was sold out but it was a later dinning time. Hopefully will get to try it in our next visit

Daniel was a wonderful server and they gave us complimentary dessert for my girlfriend’s birthday! Overall excellent service. We will definitely be back!

I prefer this pl over the keg for steak although no free bread. Seating in booth was comfortable but u can see the wear and tear of the seats.

We were very pleasantly surprised for the Value of their $70 pp special. The Prime Rib was DELICIOUS (and was 13oz which is the large size on their Menu=$47) The beet salad was perfect The Seafood Chowder my wife had was yummy We had one of each of the desserts and both were yummmmmm. My friend went elsewhere and paid $250 pp I feel we got better food and our bill (with tip) was $70 less than just his meal We will now go there instead of another steak place we live only 4 min from Very pleased👍👍☺️☺️

We had Jenson as our server!!! So efficient and adorable….thank you Blake for your attention to our last visit….food was awesome although my husband ordered steak and shrimp but didn’t get the shrimp but otherwise, in general, a good experience!!
