Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer.                                                   Roger was good, found that the menu had great variety. Bill was 220 and change. Tipped 20% food and steaks were cooked nicely.

                                                  Came for the weekend for a wedding , my husband loves stake houses sometimes it's a hit or a miss ! But omg first impression very welcoming, our server was more than our expectations she made sure to make us feel welcomed to this establishment which I've been to so many restaurants before which they just take your order and that's it but she made sure that she was there for her customer if we needed anything. And not to mention the food wow , I took a few appetizers love to do that when it's first time at a restaurant , had the mussels , the garlic shrimps, the crabcake and the ceaser salad , my husband had the tuna tataki and steak as main course let's just say NOT DISSAPOINTED flavors was given... 5 stars

                                                  It was a special anniversary, the prime rib was half fat & grisle on 3 out of 4, the other 2 dinners were spot on. So then they brought our special dessert with Happy Birthday wishes. It sure wasn’t up to the usual standard we expected.

                                                  My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Chop Steakhouse and Bar. This is our 2nd visit to this location. Our steak dinner cooked perfectly! Thank you to our server for taking the time to go over the menu with us and his cocktails, alcoholic drink recommendations. Will come back next time!

                                                  Our Waiter Howard was amazing. He was patient. Took the time to share his experience and recommendations on each dish when we asked. He was very professional and courteous. When I spilled my tea he made sure to offer his assistance and brought napkins to help. He managed this very discreetly Thank you Howard!

                                                  I am a returning diner for this location and decided to try the Seafood Linguine that was advertised on the website menu. Upon being seated and reading the menu I realized that that option is now only a Crab Linguine. I didn’t enjoy this dish. It was very oily and would have been better with a medley of seafood items. Also instead of tomato sauce a cream sauce would be better.

                                                  Servers, drinks, restaurant and food delicious. The chop burger was so good! Also ordered the steak salad which was delicious except the steak was really stringy and felt like forever to chew before swallowing, next time I would get it with chicken.

                                                  I found my steak to be overcooked. Generally find the value from chop lacking in comparison to the keg. Quality and preparation of the meat is not consistent from visit to visit (whereas it is at the keg) given the price point is slightly above the keg, I would suspect better preparation.
